Reception & Revenue Manager
It is essential that you have at least 1 year’s experience as a
reception manager, a friendly approach and a can do attitude. Knowledge
of Rezlynx is an advantage but not essential.
You role will involve all areas reception, sales and marketing, revenue production, maintenance, driving sales, web maintenance,
stats, forecasting, packages,offers, running reception team,
rota’s, holidays, development and training, appraisals, problem
solving. You will be a key member of management.
In return we offer meals on duty, including 28 days holiday, a uniform
allowance, straight shifts and flexible working hours.
From £21,500 per annum.
Restaurant Supervisor
The successful applicant will have relevant experience, preferably in a red star environment (or similar). They will need strong food, wine and service knowledge, be of a smart appearance and have a high standard of English.
Must be motivational with strong leadership qualities, and must have the ability to train and develop the team. 60 cover, 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
In return we offer an attractive salary package and benefits.
£17,000 per annum.
Sous Chef
This
is a live out position only with a salary between £24,000 to
£26,000
Pastry Chef
This
would be a live in or live out position with a salary of £16,000 to
£18,000
Senior Chef De Partie
This ideally is a live out position only with a salary of £16,000 to
£18,000
Chef De Partie
This is a live in or out position with a salary of £14,000 to
£16,000
