This treatment starts off with gentle body stretching performed with a Turkish foulard and followed by a spice body scrub then a hot pinda (steam heated rice and spice filled bag) massage, then your silk body wrap cream is applied and left on for approximately 15 minutes while a mini Indian head massage is enjoyed finally the silk is massaged in as the moisturiser.

Please give as much notice as possible when booking treatments, although Amanda and Menno are very helpful, and will try to fit in any last minute bookings if at all possible.
We now also have a new arrangement for your pleasure, with the Old England Hotel’s new Spa in Bowness, which they spent millions on and opened in 2008. It comprises 8 tranquil treatment rooms, a subdued relaxation room, 20m pool, air-conditioned, day lit Technogym sauna, aroma steam room and a fragrance shower.
