Exclusive Use Weddings in the lake district
Linthwaite House Hotel, situated in the heart of the Lake District, a national park in the North West of England, is an ideal venue for exclusive use weddings - hire your own country house hotel in the Lake District to create a house party atmosphere for your special day.
An exclusive use wedding means complete flexibility of timings and you have the use of all 30 bedrooms, lounge areas, conservatory overlooking Lake Windermere and of course our 14 acres of private grounds with amazing views over the lake for really memorable photographs.
Our terrace, again with great views over Lake Windermere, is perfectly suited to outdoors drinks receptions, maybe accompanied by some live music. Croquet can be played on the lawn for a real garden party feel to the day.
We do not take any other bookings or visitors in our grounds, so you are guaranteed your very own exclusive country house hotel for your wedding. Exclusivity of the hotel takes effect from 12.30pm on the day of your exclusive use booking.
Exclusive use weddings are offered for a minimum of two nights over a weekend and at peak season (August and September) but are available for one night stays midweek out of peak season times.
Occasional one night stays may be available on a Friday or a Sunday from October to April and occasional one night stays may be available on a Sunday only (Friday night not applicable) from May to September. Please contact our wedding co-ordinator for further details.
