Lake District Mountain Biking and Cycling

We can suggest some quiet routes on and off road whether you want a nice easy cycle in the fresh air, or if you fancy a real challenge just ask our reception staff who will be happy to provide you with some carefully thought out routes.

Don't think you have to be Lycra-shorted and super-fit to ride these routes - they can be enjoyed just doing a gentle journey through the flat parts of the Lakes and you can go off-road and stay on flat terrain if you want. (Ferry, then north up the west side of Windermere by Lake Windermere.)
