A hotel is far more than a sum of its parts – in other words, having a wide range of services and facilities on offer does not necessarily make it ‘better’. However, doing the core functions well, which you do, does matter and you have a very nice hotel, well done.

It is quite as good as the Conde Nast Traveller magazine suggests, but the icing on the cake is the combination of extreme efficiency with a staff who are a pleasure.
