HOUSEKEEPER

This busy position requires high standards of cleanliness with attention to detail.  Full time position working 7.30 am to 3.30 pm five days per week.  £13,000 per annum.   Part time will be considered.  Sorry - accommodation is not  provided for this position

HEAD PASTRY CHEF

With full responsibility for the pastry section, this position requires a highly motivated team player with several years experience in 2 or 3 rosette hotels or restaurants.  The ability to work under pressure is essential, enjoying the challenges this brings, while at the same time training our junior chefs.  Accommodation can be provided.

CHEF DE PARTIE

We require an experienced chef de partie with drive and ambition who is able to achieve the highest of standards in our 2 rosette kitchens.  Excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role, as well as being able to work well under pressure.  Accommodation can be provided.
