Our hotel is a haven for those with distinctive tastes, who appreciate some of the finer things in life, and who enjoy being looked after in a manor that is professional without being pretentious. Linthwaite offers quality accommodation, and we feel now it is one of the finest luxury hotels in the Lake District.

Accommodation Facilities: Twenty-seven bedrooms all with private bath, shower, bathrobes, 12-channel TV, CD mini hi-fi, Wi-Fi internet connection, trouser press, tea and coffee tray, books, mineral water. Some with lake views, king size beds with canopies. Level 1 accessible disabled room on ground floor with own external access (due to our recent extension the ramp to our disabled access room is now temporarily steeper than usual until June 2008- our managers are on hand to help with access). As of January 2006 we are now a non-smoking hotel. Full room service. Ralph Lauren meets Raffles style interior design. Suite with garden view, deluxe rooms with lake views and twin bedded rooms available.
