Tuesday 30th December

• Arrive in time for classic English afternoon tea
• 6.30 to 7.30 p.m. Welcome Champagne Reception
• 7.30 p.m. Dinner served in our award winning restaurant
• During Dinner, a Murder Mystery comes to Linthwaite!

New Year’s Eve, Wednesday 31st December

• 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. Traditional English breakfast
• 3.30 to 5.30 p.m. classic English afternoon tea
• 7.30 to 9.00 p.m. Black Tie Dinner
• 10.00 p.m. Dance to live music in the Mirror Room until 1.00a.m.

New Year’s Day, Thursday 1st January 2009

• 9.00 to 11.30 a.m. Gourmet brunch served to ease you gently into the New Year
• Enjoy a picnic and take a complimentary trip on a Windermere steamboat, complete with bar. Departing at various times from Bowness pier from 12.30 p.m. for a 1 ¼ hour circular cruise
• Alternatively, enjoy a Linthwaite picnic and follow our treasure hunt around the Lakes or idly tour the delights of the beautiful landscape
• 3.30 to 5.30 p.m. classic English afternoon tea
• 7.15 to 8.45 p.m. Dinner in our award winning restaurant
• After dinner, a fun casino evening. (We provide the money; not real I’m afraid!)

Wednesday 2nd January

• 8.00 to 9.30 a.m. After a hearty breakfast, say “au revoir” until next year.....

This itinerary is provisional and subject to change. New Year rates are PER PERSON PER NIGHT based on a minimum three night stay including;

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
All reservations must be confirmed in writing or by credit card with an initial deposit of £250.00. Full pre-payment is required by 1st December. This is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. We advise guests to take out insurance against cancellations. A reservation is a contract in law and you may be liable for the cost of the total stay. Cheques will only be taken by prior arrangement or up to the value of an accompanying Bank Cheque Card. No Company cheques accepted. We welcome cash, travellers’ cheques, Maestro, Access/Master Card & Visa. We reserve the right to alter the rates quoted without prior notification.
